Denis Diesel Services & Parts’ fully equipped workshops with the capability to provide the fully class approved reconditioning and repair services required by the fleet. We also have an in house freight service with drivers who are well known in the harbours of Antwerp and Rotterdam and thus know how procedures work going in and out Antwerp or Rotterdam harbour. This will save the customer a lot of precious time, which is important during very short layovers. Our big stock of spare parts and swingsets also helps to minimize downtimes for the ships.

Swing Set Model – To maximize efficiency and minimize downtime associated with overhauls, Denis Diesel Services & Parts has implemented a “swing set” approach with certain operators. With this alternate approach to onboard overhaul, the owner secures an extra set of components that can be fully overhauled in Denis Diesel Services & Parts’ workshop between overhauls and delivered onboard for the next scheduled maintenance. This limits onboard attendance, shortens overhaul/downtime periods and controls costs. We foresee these sets for main engine or auxiliary engine cylinder heads, cylinder liners, fuel pumps, injectors, etc. This ensures to minimize downtime and reduces costs and stress for the ship owners or shipping companies.
With our specialized workshop located between Antwerp and Rotterdam, we are ideally placed to provide both world ports with our services. From our workshop in Schoten we can provide qualified technicians quickly, and on the other hand overhaul components in our fully equipped workshop.
We contribute to more efficient and environmentally friendly systems in our sector, starting from our own workshop equipped for marine engines and components between Antwerp and Rotterdam. We seek to share our experience, expertise and skills with our customers, in order to reduce their engine’s running costs and emissions.

After overhaul of components or even complete engines in our workshop, a complete overhaul report with calibration forms will be provided within a time span of a few days after completion. If a customer requires a class certification, this will be arranged by our office.
